When we refund
Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are used quickly for animal care. We will refund in these cases:
- A wrong amount was entered by mistake
- The same donation was charged twice
- Payment was deducted but the donation failed
How to request
Write to gaurakshaaapatkalinsewasamiti@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 76652 52811 within 7 days of the donation with your name, transaction ID, date and amount.
Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Monthly seva cancellation
You can pause or cancel your monthly seva anytime by messaging us. Cancellation stops future debits; past debits are not refunded.
Goshala bookings
Visits are free. You can cancel or reschedule a booking anytime by replying to your confirmation message.
80G & 12A receipts
If a donation is refunded, the matching 80G and 12A receipts are cancelled.
